Material: Pear
(peeled, and remove kernel), 500g; white lotus (cut into
pieces), 500g.
Preparation:
Prepare juices from the pear and lotus.
How to use:
Drink every day, three to four times a day.

(peeled, and remove kernel), 1000g; white radish (cut into
pieces), 1000g; fresh ginger (make into juice), 250g; milk,
250g; honey, 250g.
Preparation:
Prepare juice from the pear and radish. Mix them and add
to pot to boiling until it looks as paste. Add the ginger juice
in. Then add the milk and honey in. Continue to heat to boiling.
Cool down and add into clear bottle.
