(1). Lower back pain, especially painful
when cough: Ciliao,
Zhishi, and Shenshu;
(2). Lower back pain, occur when with some
special body position, such as the pain comes with bending, or
with lifting arms: Ganshu,
Zhishi, and pressure point between
Mingmen and Shengshu.
(3). Constant lower back pain. The pain is
in the Dachangshu and
Shenshu area. Special position makes the pain worse:
(3.1). Pain becomes worse when bending
front or backwards:
Weizhong. Constant stimulating for 3 minutes, then leave the
needle for 30 minutes.
(3.2). Pain becomes worse when bending to
left: Ganshu,
Shenshu, Zhishi and left
Yanglingquan.
(3.3). Pain becomes worse when bending to
right side: Ganshu,
Shenshu, Zhishi and right
Yanglingquan.
(3.4). Pain becomes worse when rotating the
body: Ganshu, Shenshu,
Zhishi, Yanglingquan and
Sanyinjiao
4. Pain occurs when sit or stand up:
Ganshu, Shenshu, Zhishi and
Jianshangshu (2 inches outside of Dazhui).
5. Dull
pain in the lower back:
Ganshu.
6. Pain occurs when bending the knee to
bend the back: Sanyinjiao
and pain point.
7. Pain occurs when to lift head, or when
to stretch leg to bend the back:
Shenshu and
Jianshangshu.
