Irritable fetus
If
you feel that your fetus is irritable during pregnancy, you can
try the following folk tips, before going to your doctor for
“professional” treatment:
(1). Zhuma and egg
Material: Zhuma, 50g; Chicken egg, one.
How
to use: Add the zhuma into 500 ml of water. Bring to boil, then
break the egg and add the egg in. Kept of 2 min. Eat the egg and
drink the soup.
Function: Stop bleeding and calm fetus. Used for lower back
pain, stomach pain in women with pregnancy.
(2). Chi xiaodou sprouts and cook wine
Material: Chi xiaodou sprouts, 50g; cook wine, 30g.
How
to use: Add the sprouts into 1000 ml of water. Bring to boil
until the water is about 500 ml. Add the cook wine in. Drink the
soup. Twice a day.
(3). Black bean and cool wine
Material: Black bean, 100g; cook wine, 100g.
How
to use: Add the bean into water. Bring to boil until the bean is
editable. Add the wine in. Drink the soup.
(4). Egg yolk and cook wine
Material: Egg yolk collected from 14 eggs; cook wine, 500ml.
How
to use: Add the yolk into the cook wine. Bring to boil until the
yolk turns sticky. Cool before eat. Eat the yolk from time to
time, two to three times a day.
(5). Sharen (villosum) and cook wine
Material: Sharen powder and cook wine.
How
to use: Drink 5 to 10 gram of the sharen with the help of the
cook wine for swallow.
